IMR Directors
Peter Oates
Peter's early career began in Music Rights Management including royalties’ collection and distribution; Peter worked for several years at the PRS in London and followed this by joining SACEM in Paris. Peter stayed with SACEM for 4 years and solidified his experience and knowledge in developing music sectors.
Peter entered international recruitment at the start of the Internet era. Throughout this time Peter continuously headed up projects centred on the emerging trends within technology. These markets included Internet Payment and Billing Systems, Smart Card technology, Telco Billing, and Mobile Content from as early as 1999.
After moving into Executive Search with The PSD Group Peter quickly established himself as a natural leader of people. As founding Director of the E-Commerce Division and Sales Recruitment Division, Peter managed a team of 25 consultants. During this time Peter started a total of four new businesses for the PSD group and personally recruited in over 20 countries.
Peter founded IMR Executive in 2004. He is currently a Director and focuses predominantly on Music Industry and Mobile Payment recruitment, whilst managing the Operations side of the business.
Ross Wellby
Ross began his career as a researcher with Hunterskil Howard after graduating. Ross then moved to PSD Group and was elevated to Senior Consultant, then Divisional Manager and finally Regional Director. Ross has worked at every level of executive search and this is apparent in his confident approach to each assignment.
Jeremy McNeile
An Environmental Science graduate, Jeremy's early career involved senior positions in both localized planning and industrial sales.
Finding a flair for customer interaction, Jeremy began his career in recruitment. Fast tracked through a High Street recruitment graduate programme Jeremy quickly progressed to manage a Commercial and Industrial branch in South London. Jeremy then joined PSD Executive Search in 1999 as a consultant. By 2004 Jeremy was the Director of Communications; responsible for the strategic direction and control of the business across all PSD offices. Jeremy also led the development of and championed a "values based" system which remains in place today.
Jeremy concurrently handled top-level assignments and built a leading profile with the main mobile operators. He personally achieved the highest yearly target in PSD history while with the company.
Having joined IMR Executive in 2005 as a Director, Jeremy specialises in the technology sector. He continues to manoeuvre at the highest level of Executive Search within the Mobile Content industry.
