This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to manage the successful delivery of the product development plan in line with the organisation's strategy. Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the innovation and development of new products across the brands product portfolio
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for existing products
- Define the 3 year product roadmap working closely with Global VP Product
- Develop and implement a product plan in line with the strategy
- Create and maintain KPIs to inform business decisions
- Manage the marketing and collateral development for all Consumer Brand products
- Manage a team of technical and product marketing managers
- Work with pre-sales, sales, & client services to capture evolving product needs and trends
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of competitive offerings and key feature gaps with competitors
Experience Required:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent. MBA ideal but not required
- Mobile/digital industry experience and knowledge of mobile platforms (html5, etc.)
- Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects on time in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop strategy, business plans, customers and market insights, analyse campaign effectiveness/ROI.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, launching, and managing products in the B2B online or mobile space.
- Between 8-10 years of product management experience
- Extensive commercial product management and development experience (ideally for agencies of mobile marketing providers)
- Knowledge/Experience in the digital marketing and/or loyalty & CRM space
