This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to manage the successful delivery of the product development plan in line with the organisation's strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Mobile, willing to explore new approaches, and a self-starter with a start-up work ethic.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in the innovation and development of new products across the operator product portfolio
  • Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for existing products
  • Define the 3 year product roadmap working closely with Head of Technology/SVP P&M
  • Develop and implement a product plan in line with the strategy
  • Liaise closely with Head of Technology to prioritise and deliver on the product roadmap
  • Create and maintain KPIs to inform business decisions
  • Manage the marketing and collateral development for all mobile operator products
  • Manage a team of technical and product marketing managers
  • Work with pre-sales, sales, & client services to capture evolving product needs and trends
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of competitive offerings and key feature gaps between competitors and our client.

Experience Required:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent. MBA ideal but not required
  • Telco industry experience, knowledge of mobile products and operator market dynamics,
  • Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects on time in a fast-moving environment
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop strategy, business plans, customers and market insights, analyse campaign effectiveness/ROI.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, launching, and managing products in the B2B online or mobile space.
  • Between 8-10 years of product management experience
  • Experience with mobile device systems, architectures, and platforms, including text messaging, xHTML, location systems, billing, portals, etc
  • Extensive commercial product management and development experience (ideally for operators or their service providers)
  • Knowledge/Experience in the loyalty & CRM space

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English and ideally in other European languages.
  • Comfortable presenting at C-level and to large external audiences
  • willingness and ability to travel (both domestically and overseas)
  • highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic self-starter
