Responsibilities:

Business scope

Responsible:

  • For developing the strategy and preparing the business case requirements for the appropriate customized solution
  • For creating standardized value propositions that could be sold around the world

Focus on the area of developing solution that can:

  • Increases Operators' ARPU and indirect revenues
  • Manages customers' lifecycle
  • To create valuable and Opted-in customer databases
  • To build long-term and binding business projects  with existing or prospect clients

Business Ownership

  • Responsible for specific operators and/or territories
  • Responsible for sales targets and success of projects per responsibility area

Team ownership and management

  • Vertical local teams that support the projects are reporting to them (Projects managers, Program manager etc.)
  • Additionally and based on the size of business, they will have their own teams

Overview of accountabilities:

  • Deals with a proposition from beginning to end
  • Creates and adjust offerings and strategy  depending on the Operator and local-market requirements and constraints
  • Creates all supporting material such as ROI models that quantify an opportunity, presales collateral, white papers and responses to RFPs
  • Creates the business requirements for each specific proposal/solution
  • Plans all activities such as mechanisms, schedules, message content/copy writing, segmentation & incentives  and marketing plan of each solution
  • Manages the execution of the marketing plan and all activities related to the program and throughout the lifecycle of the program and safeguards effectiveness and delivery of excellence
  • Hires local people to perform the everyday business operation and support localization (for important projects and when this is needed)
  • Cooperates with other departments for the project management, product development and delivery of the value proposition
  • Analyzes program effectiveness against agreed KPIs and propose corrective actions when needed
  • Creates the business requirements for the additions needed in the new platform releases

Project Management

  • To be responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunity during a mobile marketing project and also to source new opportunities during the course of a project
  • To deliver excellent customer satisfaction by working closely with the customers and conducting regular meetings to ensure that agreed deliverables are in place. To escalate any arising issues as necessary both internally and externally.
  • To monitor key industry trends, technology changes  and process improvements to drive productivity and ensure delivery of plans

Relationship Management

  • To act as the client ambassador to internal teams
  • To liaise with key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are being achieved
  • To co-ordinate communication between the organisation and the client to drive improvement, retain and grow the account
  • To chair regular communications and face to face meetings with the customer, on the progress of the projects and risk mitigation, as well as resolving conflicts

Monitoring & reporting

  • Leads detailed financial analysis during the course of a communities project
  • Identifies trends and create best-practices for future campaigns
  • Identifies problem areas and highlight any issues arising
  • To provide intelligence about the customer and aid sales teams to explore additional new business opportunities.

Process identification and implementation

  • Identifies and implement new processes for the Marketing presales team to facilitate best-practices between the team and other stakeholder groups within the company
  • Creates a range of collateral to be accessed by worldwide teams to facilitate the successful management of MMO projects

New business development

  • supports the company's new business efforts by providing sales support and training
  • investigates trends, new ideas and get updates on what Operators and Competitors do
  • organizes regular meetings/conference calls with Sales teams to discuss new opportunities , for clarifications and follow up
  • together with Sales, negotiate key customer requirements and participate in new prospect visits, deal strategy, ongoing account strategy and annual reviews
