About the company:

Description:

 The role holder will have responsibility for a customer service team of 16 spread across Europe.  The position reports into the Divisional Managing Director. Duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage the Customer Service team and ensure service targets and customer expectations are exceeded
  • Implement continual improvement processes across the EMEA Customer Services function
  • Act with autonomy and create a best in class customer service ethos and environment
  • Act as the initial escalation point in EMEA
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in working with and developing the customer support function in an international high tech environment is a must
  • Remote International people management experience
  • You must be very customer oriented and capable of leading and managing a group of people in a high stress environment
  • Capable to control the cost side and does regular financial analysis exercises
  • Communicative, being a leader, to the point and hands on
  • Commercially driven, technical affinity, customer focused
