Description:
- Responsibility for timely execution of all campaigns and marketing tactics to best standards, agreed briefs and budgets
- Execute all tactical plans with the help of the Marketing Assistant to include events, brochures, DM, presentations, training and e-marketing
- Management of day-to-day relationships with designers, printers, suppliers, etc.
- Responsibility for company-wide implementation and day-to-day management of CRM database and system
- Work closely with eCRM & Online Marketing Manager to ensure optimised online and e-comms to key groups
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure key groups are represented within broadcast marketing
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure briefs meet business, marketing & campaign objectives
- Monitor and evaluate all marketing campaigns post execution
- Monitor competitor activities and circulate information
- Ensure all internal communications are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure all of the above is communicated internally in a timely and interesting manner
- Build close working relationships with the sales force
Candidate Requirements:
- Solid marketing experience from media owner/ agency, advertiser or creative agency
- Good knowledge of the advertising media and creative markets
- Experience of working with CRM systems for marketing and sales purposes
- Exemplary project management skills – ability to manage numerous marketing projects at the same time in addition to daily marketing duties
- The ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Proven experience of working to tight deadlines and budgets
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent copywriting and grammar
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possesses a creative flair
