Description:
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and build relationships with our Exhibitor Partners. – Site visits, industry events, functions etc
- Manage specific exhibitor contracts currently in operation and ensure all contracts are renewed only on favourable terms.
- Develop and implement a strategy to increase market share and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver commercial pitches for targeted new exhibitor contracts.
- Be commercially aware of how we are performing, including level of bookings achieved, revenue delivered, admissions, market share, research conducted, marketing initiatives, digital distribution etc.
- Be the Day to Day to contact for our exhibitors and resolving issues where necessary, including reel distribution, payment queries, advertisement issues etc.
- Review and approve all payments to be made in relation to your specific exhibitor contracts.
- Work alongside the Exhibition Analyst and Marketing team to ensure we are communicating efficiently and effectively to all exhibitors.
- Work with the Creative solutions team to ensure the smooth running of campaigns through to completion.
- Ensure all paperwork for contracts, agreements, site changes are recorded and circulated to the relevant departments.
- Work with the Commercial controller to renegotiate the onerous contracts in operation to terms that are more favourable
- Represent the company to present or attend at Industry conferences and meetings.
