About the company:

Our client is a leading multimedia advertising agency

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Deliver revenue in accordance with set targets and agency trading parameters
  • Negotiate business within portfolio to maximise return to as agreed with Group Head
  • Prospect to identify new sales opportunities as well as building on existing relationships to develop the customer base as identified in strategy
  • Implement business plans and timelines for agencies as agreed with Group Head
  • Initiate and attend presentations, workshops and meetings with agencies
  •  Meet required call rates to achieve sales targets (c60 per quarter)
  • Develop good working relationship with relevant agency personnel
  • Comprehensive understanding of agency objectives and key clients within their portfolio
  • Accurate Administration of weekly sales figures including booked business and forecast projections
  • Ensure accurate monitoring and delivery of booked campaigns
  • Consistent monitoring of agency performance to enable updates to Group Head and Sales Director
  • Provide accurate and regular communication/business updates and forecasts for your designated agencies
  • Ensure implementation to agreed standards and timeframes
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of media trading parameters and marketplace
  • Appreciation and understanding of wider media market
  • Undertake projects and other ad hoc duties as required
