Description:

Joining a highly motivated international organisation you will be part of the dynamic Qt Development Frameworks team in Germany. As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Qt Tools portfolio as well as Qt itself. Due to the cross platform nature of Qt, development happens on several operating systems (windows, linux, unix, MacOS and Symbian) in parallel. You will be responsible for contributing to the process of next generation development by defining future product features, actively supporting test teams and compiling documentation for software modules.

Candidate Requirements:

To succeed in this position you will have a background as a software engineer with excellent C++ programming skills and a broad knowledge of software development on at least one of the supported platforms. Ideally you will have also have previous experience of and enjoy Qt or KDE programming.  A very good command of written and spoken English is essential. Above all you are able to learn quickly and have the willingness to share your knowledge with less experienced peers. You are also a team player by nature.

Special conditions:

This position will be offered on a permanent basis and will be located in Germany. Candidates not currently living/working in Germany will be considered however you must be prepared to relocate in order to take on the role.
