About the Role:

Are you the best of the best when it comes to enterprise software sales? Are you experienced in selling high-end software products to CEO, CFO, CIO and other executive management? If so, our client wants to speak with you. Our Client has exciting sales positions for seasoned sales professionals.

They offer the opportunity to sell a fantastic product and receive high variable compensation (attractive base and commission structure). As a New Business Sales Executive, you would be part of a team that targets F1000 organisations. You will be in charge of prospecting and selling the complete range of the company's application software products and services. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and closing business on a quarterly basis. Your goals and objectives will align with our clients core values: Growth, Customer-Focused, Success-Oriented and High Ethics. Reporting to Director of New Business - EMEA, your responsibilities will include all sales activities, from lead generation through close, for a vertical territory.

The role will be to sell into the telecommunication sector across EMEA and therefore experience of selling into these complex organisations is essential. The Company has a strong pedigree in this sector but there are many new regions we have yet to penetrate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives
  • Maximise all opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values
  • Clear understanding of the Sales process, product, and service value propositions
  • Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments
  • Maintain sales leadership to effectively coordinate and orchestrate sales team members with buyers' organisational decision tree
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with all respective customers
  • Manage and prioritize opportunities
  • Maintain Account and opportunity updates within our internal Sales Force Automation system

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background:

  • 3-7 recent years selling complex application software solutions
  • Experience selling into the Pan European telecommunications market
  • Educated to degree level or of equivalent calibre
  • Proven over target, club winner
  • Capability to leverage your relationships and your knowledge of the territory in which you are selling
  • Consistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals
  • Experienced individual contributor selling applications packaged at $100,000+
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
