JOB PURPOSE

Leading the Marketing team, including experts in Affiliates, SEO, Mobile and CRM, you will have extensive experience of driving consumer acquisition results via performance marketing methods. It's essential you can develop success through an analytical approach, demonstrate that you have improved targeting, and have driven the online and mobile experience to new customers. This role requires a high energy individual that is at their best working within a high growth dynamic environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and drive robust mobile performance marketing strategies, develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive consumer acquisition of the client's online and mobile properties 
  • Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Partner with internal/external partners to identify, execute and package compelling market research that supports the value proposition
  • Coordinate and manage across cross-functional teams, international marketing counterparts, product and executive stakeholders, joint marketing campaigns, including messaging, effective brand management and media planning
  • Be responsible for supporting and training the local marketing teams as well as our partners on messaging and branding, and will ensure that the client's brand is promoted in a relevant, exciting and adequate way in our partners' campaigns.
  • Managing our online assets and properties and driving traffic through online advertising, as well as reaching out to our users in innovative ways to educate them about our client's products and services

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree level qualification, MBA a plus
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing course a plus

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive digital performance marketing expertise
  • Experience of mobile marketing including iphone/Ipad/Android/Opera/Blackberry applications
  • Great management skills
  • Proven organizational skills and experience in managing multiple complex relationships and projects across geographies
  • Fluency in English and ideally in another European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
