Job Purpose:

The business development manager will focus on selling the company's monetization solutions to US based online game publishers, including social game, MMO, virtual worlds, social app and mobile app publishers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Approach online and mobile game publishers in the US, present the client's monetization solutions, close deals and generate new business.
  • Build long-term business relationships with publishers.
  • Provide strategic account management (technical support will be provided through our technical support team in Sunnyvale).
  • Help develop local marketing initiatives and participate in industry events
  • Represent the client with the highest level of integrity

Qualification and Requirements 

  • Based in the bay area.
  • At least 3 years of experience in online sales or business development, including proven accomplishments, an up to date book of clients.
  • At least 5 years of experience in goal oriented sales positions.
  • Working for a large online game publisher - significant advantage
  • Working for a large ad network - advantage
  • Aggressive, hungry and goal oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform against quota and excel in a highly competitive market
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Use of sales / CRM software (e.g. Salesforce.com, etc.)
  • Strong sales and presentation skills
  • Self sufficient, self motivated.
  • Good prioritization skills
  • Reliable
