Reports to the Director of Advertising, this candidate will be an integral member of the Sales Team with responsibility for driving relationships and selling Mobile advertising campaigns across a designated Agency portfolio and their Clients. This is a UK based role with opportunity to sell across international markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent the client and secure revenue from allocated Agencies and their Clients
  • Regularly update Line management regarding revenue and pipeline
  • Ensure that revenue generated is in line with personal and company targets
  • Liaise with allocated Clients directly and develop direct business relationships and revenue
  • Stay ahead of signed campaigns and work closely with Adops, to ensure delivery and revenue recognition
  • Liaise with finance to minimise bad debt and late payment
  • Stay ahead of developments to the performance network, and where necessary communicate this to the marketplace
  • Keep ahead of developments in the market and communicate these internally where relevant
  • To participate in discussions regarding the direction of the business as a whole

Qualifications and experience required

  • A motivated, ambitious and driven individual capable of engaging within agencies and clients at a senior level
  • Online and digital advertising sales experience preferable within a network environment
  • Complimented by excellent Agency contacts in digital planning and buying departments
  • Mobile experience preferred, however core digital agency network sales experience and a good agency contact book are key
  • High achiever, target oriented, energetic vibrant and with the capacity to operate successfully within a fast paced, and fast evolving environment
  • A team player that engages colleagues to continually develop the company
  • An open and effective communicator who will proactively discuss issues to resolution; demonstrated ability to solicit, synthesize and accept input from others
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire others
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets, on time and on message
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree, grade 2:1

Desirable

  • Existing relationships within Mobile industry desirable but not essential
  • Other European languages
