Our client has developed a leading multi-platform casual games proposition that is able to enable and maximise secondary revenue streams including advertising.

The Sales Executive will develop and implement innovative new business sales strategies.  This position will work directly with the Vice President of Sales in strengthening the sales offering and create awareness and demand for our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies and tactics that penetrate new categories and accounts, fully leveraging our suite of products and services
  • Leverage strong relationships with decision makers and influencers to open new doors and drive new business
  • Develop and grow excellent relationships with a target list of accounts
  • Drive revenue by working with top online destinations and networks leveraging the portfolio of products, services and game solutions
  • Manage personal sales goals in support of growth and revenue expectations
  • Track sales performance and report weekly results
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and competitive landscape
  • Recognize and address sales barriers to partner acquisition and retention
  • Work with Marketing, Product, Creative and PR to produce sales materials, proposals, trade and other support collateral company to present highly relevant and competitive solutions to the marketplace

Qualifications

  • Strategic, consultative sales professional with a proven track record of driving results in rapidly growing environment
  • At least 5 years of digital media/internet/online games sales experience.  Must have a solid list of contacts and relationships
  • Creative prospecting skills, consultative selling skills, ability to qualify prospects, and strong closing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery
  • Understanding of online advertising serving and reporting systems
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment
