Ross Wellby is a seasoned executive search specialist and the founding partner of IMR Executive, a boutique recruitment consultancy initially focused on the digital and mobile markets. With over two decades of experience in international headhunting, Ross has built a reputation for connecting visionary talent with pioneering companies at the forefront of organisational transformation.

After earning a degree in European Politics and Law, Ross began his career at Hunterskil Howard, where he established an award-winning investment banking recruitment division. He later joined PSD Group (formerly ERC Group), where he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s global footprint across Europe and Asia. As the youngest-ever Director at PSD, Ross led the international telecommunications practice and contributed to the company’s successful listing on the London Stock Exchange.

In 2004, Ross co-founded IMR Executive to serve the emerging mobile entertainment industry. Since then, IMR has evolved into a trusted partner for organisations seeking to engage consumers through innovative digital channels. From mobile marketing and fintech to digital media, consumer tech, and FMCG, Ross and his team have helped shape the talent strategies of some of the most dynamic brands and technology providers worldwide.

Jeremy McNeile is a veteran executive search consultant and partner at IMR Executive, a boutique recruitment firm renowned for its deep sector expertise and global reach. With over two decades of experience in specialist and senior-level hiring across EMEA, Jeremy has earned a reputation for delivering transformative talent solutions to organisations navigating complex regulatory and technological landscapes.

Jeremy began his career in environmental services and industrial sales before discovering a natural affinity for recruitment. After fast-tracking through a graduate programme, he quickly rose to manage a commercial and industrial branch in South London. In 1999, Jeremy joined PSD Group, where he led the Communications Practice across Europe and Asia. As Director, he oversaw strategic growth, pioneered a values-based recruitment framework, and achieved record-breaking performance while advising mobile operators, content providers, and venture-backed tech firms.

Joining as a Director of IMR Executive in 2005, Jeremy’s expertise has developed to span several advanced technology sectors, including semiconductors, quantum computing, telecommunications, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He also holds deep knowledge in recruiting within the trade compliance, customs and regulatory field.

Supporting clients from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies, Jeremy’s consultative approach and cross-disciplinary insight have made him a trusted advisor to businesses seeking to align talent with innovation and compliance imperatives.

Jeremy is a frequent collaborator on future-of-work initiatives and has held consulting roles with transformation-focused firms. He holds a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of the West of England.
